   Each cookie is baked fresh to order, hand-dipped in your choice of chocolate or butterscotch coating, then rolled in freshly chopped nuts.
3. Do you offer other cookie options?
   Yes, we offer other chocolate-dipped flavors and colored-chocolates.
4. Is there a minimum order?
   We offer a low minimum requirement of 12 cookies.
5. How much time do I have to place an order?
   We require 2-3 weeks lead time, including shipping. Rush orders are accepted for a small fee. Holiday orders required 3-4 weeks lead time to guarantee delivery.
6. How many spaces do I have for a personalized message?
   We recommend 105 character/spaces for your message. The longer the message, the smaller the type-set.
7. What is the shelf life of the cookie?
   Our individually wrapped cookies will last up to 3-4 weeks in an air-tight container.
8. Can the cookies be refrigerated or frozen?
   Yes, individually wrapped cookies will last up to 2 months.
9. What kind of message do we print?
   We print traditional and personalized messages for all occasions, including most company logos.
10. How do you package your cookies?
    Standard cookie orders come individually wrapped in clear cellophane.
11. Do you offer custom packaging?
    Yes, we offer a variety of custom packing for any special event or occasion, including specialty boxes, wraps, ribbons and cards. We are great with themed-packaging.
12. How are cookies shipped?
    Your individually wrapped cookies will ship 2-3 business days priority on local orders, and 2-business days on out-of-state orders.
